Three words: Gary is GREAT! He knows his stuff and he knows how to sell houses. He has a lot of contacts who can come in at a moment’s notice and put down carpeting, paint, repair woodwork and install new doorbells and locks. Whatever is needed.

We had a difficult property to sell. It was a very large four bedroom four bath condo with two master suites. Not muck demand for this type condo.

Gary knew who the target market was. Marked directly to to them in addition to local marketing. We had numerous showings. Property was priced at the top of the market and in the end we sold the property for asking price with no complications.. One special note with regard to responsiveness Gary was always available.
